Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription prior to renewal — failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund. Subscription renewals that occur outside the return/guarantee window are not eligible for refunds.
To cancel or make changes to your subscription, contact our customer support team at info@veloma.store. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must reach out before the last day of your current billing period. All cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing period.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate. If your payment method changes or expires, please notify us promptly.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 12–24 hours of purchase, depending on shipping carrier operating hours and processing times. If your cancellation request falls outside this window, the order may have already been dispatched and cannot be stopped. In that case, please refer to our returns policy.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not accepted — but you may request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method prior to fulfillment. You'll have a set period of time to decide if you want to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that window, your payment method will be charged in full.
