How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account here: Manage Subscription
If you’d rather not deal with it yourself, you can also email us at info@veloma.store and we’ll take care of it for you.
Will I be reminded before I’m charged?
Yes. You’ll receive a reminder before each shipment so there are no surprises.
Why would I need a subscription?
Fungal issues tend to come back if you stop too early, especially once things start feeling better. The subscription is there for maintenance and prevention, so you’re not constantly resetting the problem.
It’s also just your daily soap. Instead of using a regular body wash full of fillers that mostly just makes you smell nice, this actually does something useful for your skin. It helps keep fungus in check, supports the skin barrier, and still smells just as good as a normal soap, if not better.
Do subscribers get anything beyond the free soaps?
Yes, and we’re actively working on it.
We’re constantly testing ways to give more back to the people who stick with us. That includes things like free gifts, early access to new products, and other small perks we don’t offer publicly.
Some of this is already in motion, and a few things are set to roll out soon. To actually follow through on that, we need to keep the subscription side limited and may pause new sign ups once we hit a certain number.
