Shipping Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Processing time can vary due to factors like packaging, carrier pickup schedules, and overall order volume. We always work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays. If that happens, we’ll notify you via email with updates on your estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience during busy times.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, but delivery times can vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Veloma is not liable for any charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We work to ship quickly, so there’s only a small window (typically around 12 hours) to make changes. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at velomahelp@gmail.com so we can try to correct it.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
Veloma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check around your property (front porch, garage, bushes, back door).

Ask neighbors, family, or others who might have accepted it.

Contact your local carrier or post office with your tracking number for more details.
If your package is still missing after these steps, please email us within 15 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you further.
Important: Keep all packaging materials and any damaged items to file a claim if needed.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 15 days so we can arrange a replacement. Requests beyond this timeframe unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
